Life is Good
Some days I wake up thinking I have such a charmed life. I mean, there really is nothing I would rather be doing than waking up in my own beautiful home to my three handsome little boys and a wonderful husband. I am loving this stage of my life. I love that I get to hang out with these little guys all day.
I love that we get to take the cushions off of the couch and make forts and play around.
I love working with Carson on his reading and writing. He is getting very good at recognizing a lot of site words and is getting better everyday with his writing.
I love that Jonas is taking an interest in using the potty. His favorite book right now is one I used to help train Carson. Several times a day he will run to the bathroom door and yell, "Go pee-pee!" We haven't had any success yet, but he is getting into the habit of getting all of his clothes off and standing on the little step stool waiting for something to happen. Sometimes its frustrating when he wants to go 2 or 3 times an hour, but I am not going to let this opportunity pass by because I am too lazy to go help him...so hopefully soon we will have our first successful trip to the potty. I am so proud of that little man, especially since he isn't two for another few months.
And my little Mason man...well actually not so little if you've seen him lately. I call him my little "chubba-bubba" because he is so stinking rolly-polly. He is wanting to nurse almost every 1 1/2 to 2 hours...and I know that he is getting tons of milk. So tonight I tried some rice cereal, hoping that it would help him sleep better. Lets just say he wasn't that impressed with it and screamed until I nursed him. Ahhhh, hopefully soon he will discover the joys of solid foods.
Yep, I'd have to say life is pretty much good right now. And for that, I am so very, very grateful.

I love it. You do have some pretty cute little guys to hang out with all day.
Your boys are so stinkin' cute! And I love that you took a second to capture Mason in his misery. Even the tearful moments are worth recording! Life is full of them so why not, right?!
Looks like you have lots of fun with your boys. It is wonderful being a wife and a mother. Such handsome little guys! Love the picture of them in their shirts and ties.
