Cousins, A Ward Party, and Bowling

Today was a busy day for us! Carson was able to have his cousins come over and play with him for a few hours this morning. He had tons of fun and loves it when Braydon and Alex come to visit. Then this afternoon we went over to the clubhouse for a ward party. Carson spent another few hours playing around with his friends in the ward. Then we were off to dinner and bowling with Jeff's family. A busy day makes for a cranky two year old, but I think that Carson actually did really well tonight at bowling. He loves Braydon, I think mainly because Braydon makes him laugh.

We are having more success with potty training, but everyday is different. On Friday he only had one accident all day and we kept him in underwear and not Pull-Ups. Today he had three accidents, one at the ward party. Tonight I opted to put him in a Pull-Up while we went bowling. We were way excited when he stopped bowling to tell us he had to go use the bathroom. Unfortunately he didn't make it in time, but hey that's what the Pull-Up was for and he is making progress in recognizing when he has to use the bathroom. Hopefully we'll have him completely trained before the baby comes, and I cross my fingers and hope he won't regress when he sees the baby in diapers!
