The Good Life

Did you catch the CES fireside tonight? Go check it out if you didn't, definitely worth listening to! What a great end to a great weekend. I feel so blessed for the good life I have. Jeff and I listened to the broadcast on the internet as we worked on getting some visuals ready for FHE tomorrow. Carson gets a new FHE packet the first Sunday of every month from the Primary and he just couldn't wait to get started on it. Can you tell which side of the tree Carson colored?

Speaking of Primary, Carson gave his second talk in Primary today! He did such a good job and spoke very clearly. Jeff worked really hard with him the past few days and Carson had even started to memorize it. No wonder why they keep having him talk. So proud of that boy!

Friday night my mother in law, Marcy, and sister in law, Josie, (Jeff's step-brother's wife for those of you who may be wondering) came to visit. We went to the Salt Lake Old Home Tour on Saturday and had a lot of fun, even if it was raining like crazy.

Here's Jonas and Josie's baby Asher having some fun. They are only two months apart in age, with Jonas being older. Yes, its what it looks like, Jonas is about ready to give Asher the smack down.
Here we are taking a break from the tour and having lunch at Noodles & Company. Love that place.

Since we weren't allowed to take pictures inside the houses, this is a picture of a beautiful garden in one of the back yards. Really amazing.

Deanna-I don't think Carson's side of the tree looks too bad either, definitely gives it some character. Oh and I {heart} your new blog layout. Mine needs a definite overhaul....I'm hoping I get a new scrapbook program for Mother's Day so I can do some serious revamping.
