Story Time

Since Jeff has been home all week, he has had the opportunity to spend some quality time with the boys. He decided to start reading Harry Potter to Carson. I am not sure if Carson will understand most of the book, but we love reading in our home and this is a great way for Jeff to show his son his love of literature. Plus I know it will introduce Carson to a wider vocabulary. Carson is getting tired of "small" books. He will sit and listen to longer stories. We've even checked out some beginner chapter books at the library--The Golly Sister Go West. It was 60 pages, granted there were lots of pictures, but he sat and listened to me read the whole thing.

feel free to 'copy' me - i saw that idea on another site with another kit - I think it looks more fun that just the picture. you can see my harvest header at the bottom of my blog - I like yours better, though! Fun stuff!

I feel kinda silly commenting a third time, but - your picture looks great! Kinda fun to figure out our blogs and stuff, huh! I'm learning so much!

- cool deal-ie - if you go into the html to edit it, you can actually get rid of the boarder around the header so that it looks like it 'fits' - where the header part is, just play with the numbers and preview it before saving...pretty tricky, but fun! I just barely figured this out the last 'change around'. :)

Wow, that is quite the attention span to listen to Harry Potter! Looks like it has been nice having Jeff home. When are you moving?

Yeah, we have a couple that want our contract and are coming next week to sign. We've had several calls of people who want it.
