OK, so I know I've been posting a lot lately but I have one more post: this time to rant. I don't understand why people think they have the right to call your child by whatever name they want to. Since Jonas has been born people have called him Jack, Jo, and the absolute worst...JJ. Hello people, we named him Jonas and would ask that you respect our decision to name our child whatever we want to. I'm sorry if you don't like the name but it isn't your child or your decision. I knew when we decided on the name that this would happen, I just thought people would have more decency. Honestly, all of the people our age thought it was a cool name...its just convincing the older generation. And now for your listening pleasure, you get to hear Weezer's "My Name is Jonas" every time you log onto our blog!

I can totally respect that!!! AND RELATE!!! I really like the name Jonas...and when we see you, we'll be sure to call him JONAS!
THe ONLY pet names I let my sisters use, are "THE BABE" for Tanner, they for some reason took to that, and I don't mind, and "CHUB CHUB" for Taylor. It started out as THE BABE TWO, but only lasted a week - I don't think chub chub is gonna fly at his HS graduation!!!
